On 01.10.2021 The Netherlands opened the online gambling market for players. KSA (Kansspelautoriteit) is the official regulator in the Netherlands that until now has issued 10 licenses to different operators. KSA recently published instructions to licensed operators about safer gambling. The tagline ” What does gambling cost you? Stop on time. +18” was approved by the Dutch Minister for Legal Protections. The tagline will be mandatory in the 1st of April 2022.
